We drove from Missouri, down to Little Sahara dunes and our utility trailer got a flat tire just as we pulled in. We had joes service repair replace both tires on our trailer with new tires so that we would make it back home the next day. Well, spending the money on that extra tire wasn't such a good idea, as they did not replace the valve stem and we no more than got to Kansas the next day and had a flat, ruining the brand new tire that joes service center had just put on my trailer. I called to make them aware of the situation (as we were about 2 hours away from Waynoka and couldn't bring the tire back to them) and they refused to give me a refund without bringing them the tire back. Also, the dust cap they put on, feel of as soon as we hit the road.
